The Challenge
LogiTrack Fulfillment Co. was running 12 warehouses on legacy spreadsheet-based tracking. Manual updates led to stock discrepancies, delayed shipments, and zero real-time visibility across facilities. Teams spent more time reconciling inventory than optimizing fulfillment.
The goal was to build a unified warehouse management system (WMS) that could synchronize inventory in real time, optimize picking routes, and provide predictive restocking alerts—while integrating seamlessly with their existing ERP.
Our Solution
We built a custom WMS application with real-time barcode and RFID scanning, automated pick-path optimization, and multi-warehouse inventory sync. The system integrates directly with their ERP to ensure every transaction is reflected instantly across the network.
Real-Time Scanning
Barcode and RFID scanning for instant receipt, put-away, and pick confirmation.
Pick-Path Optimization
Algorithmic routing reduces travel time and minimizes congestion on the warehouse floor.
Predictive Restocking
Automated alerts notify teams when bins hit reorder points, preventing stockouts before they happen.
The Outcome
The new WMS dramatically improved efficiency and accuracy across all 12 facilities. Teams moved from reactive firefighting to proactive inventory control, and the organization can now handle significantly higher volume with fewer errors.
